[Introduction]
The Restoration League Project was born out of a simple, unshakable belief: everyone deserves a second chance — not just in housing, but in life. At Monarca Legacy Group, we saw too many families slipping through the cracks… abandoned homes becoming symbols of lost hope… and people living in silence because they didn’t know help existed. This movement is our response. The Restoration League is a faith-led, action-driven initiative that unites real estate professionals, volunteers, investors, and community leaders to restore distressed properties and uplift the people tied to them. This isn’t just a project — it’s a calling. One that turns broken foundations into sacred ground for healing, housing, and hope.

Restoration Begins With Relationship
My approach isn’t transactional — it’s transformational. I don't just walk into homes — I walk into stories. I meet people where they are: confused, scared, grieving, or stuck. And instead of selling them a service, I offer them a way forward. My method is rooted in:
Listening First – Every family has a voice. I make space for their story.
Faith-Led Action – I don’t move without prayer and discernment. This work is sacred.
Creative Strategy – From wholesaling to owner finance, I use every legal and ethical tool to bring relief and results.
Community Collaboration – We’re not meant to do this alone. I bring in trusted partners, contractors, and volunteers to serve side-by-side.
Restoring People, Not Just Property – My goal is never just to close a deal — it’s to leave someone better, stronger, and more supported than I found them.
This is personal to me. I’ve lived through foreclosure. I’ve felt the weight of survival. And now, I use every gift, every connection, and every piece of my testimony to make sure no one walks through it alone.
The Restoration League Project is a grassroots, faith-led housing initiative committed to transforming distressed homes and restoring the lives connected to them. The project founder was inspired by her own experience with foreclosure and the belief that every broken home represents a deeper story, one that deserves compassion, clarity, and the opportunity for redemption.
Our mission is to stand in the gap for families facing housing insecurity by combining real estate expertise, creative financing strategies, and community partnerships to deliver real, restorative outcomes.
Our Goals
Prevent foreclosure and displacement for families in crisis
Rehabilitate vacant or neglected homes into safe, dignified spaces
Empower homeowners with education and resources to regain control
Mobilize faith-based volunteers and professionals to be agents of change
Cultivate long-term wealth and stability for underserved communities
Program Components
1. Homeowner Advocacy
We offer one-on-one, judgment-free support to homeowners in distress. Whether they’re behind on mortgage payments, navigating probate, or struggling with sudden life changes, we help them understand their options. Our team provides:
Confidential consultations
Exit strategies (subject-to, creative finance, or direct purchase)
Relocation and resource guidance
Emotional and spiritual support throughout the process
2. Property Restoration
Our field team evaluates distressed or vacant homes for full or partial renovation. Once acquired, we coordinate contractors, volunteers, and partners to transform the space- not just cosmetically, but holistically. Every home becomes a story of hope renewed.
3. Community Healing Projects
In addition to property restoration, we host clean-up days, prayer walks, and outreach efforts in neighborhoods affected by neglect, crime, or abandonment. These efforts show the community that someone still cares.
4. Financial & Real Estate Education
We teach homeowners and new investors how to:
Avoid foreclosure
Understand creative financing
Navigate real estate legally and ethically
Build generational wealth
We also mentor agents and real estate professionals who want to serve in deeper, more purpose-driven ways.
5. Faith & Legacy Integration
We believe this work is spiritual. Every project begins with prayer. Every family is seen as a divine assignment. We infuse biblical principles of stewardship, restoration, and justice into every aspect of our outreach.
Who We Serve
Families at risk of foreclosure or eviction
Heirs dealing with probate or inherited property
Single parents, elderly homeowners, or those with limited resources
Real estate professionals looking to serve beyond the sale
Community members who want to be part of the solution
Why It Matters
This project exists because traditional real estate often overlooks the most vulnerable. It moves fast, rewards the highest bidder, and forgets the emotional weight of a home. At the Restoration League Project, we slow down. We listen. We step in with heart, faith, and tools that empower — not exploit.
We are here to redeem what others have written off. And we believe that when you restore a home, you restore a heart. When you restore a heart, you restore a legacy.
